About the Role
Join as a Founding Full-stack Engineer with strong expertise in Backend and AI. OutFlo AI is an early-stage startup building an AI-first B2B outreach platform for GTM teams in the US. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build from scratch.
OutFlo AI helps GTM teams run LinkedIn outreach on auto-pilot. Founded by Tushar Singla (IIT Kharagpur), we are angel-backed by top global SaaS founders. Our vision is to be the AI-native sales enablement platform, powering every step of the GTM motion.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall design architecture, development, and deployment of scalable solutions
- Build AI-native product experiences using LLMs, Agents, RAG, and vector DBs
- Drive best practices for software development, including code reviews and testing
- Collaborate directly with the founder and customers to shape product direction
- Ship code yourself while managing a small engineering team
- Solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in early-stage startups (pre-seed/seed) building end-to-end products
- Hands-on expertise with Typescript, Node.js, Postgres, Express, React, AWS
- Experience building AI-native products using LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Strong understanding of backend architecture (microservices, queuing, scaling)
- Willingness to work 6 days a week from Koramangala office (high intensity)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a desire for climbing uphill battles
