What You'll Do
- Define and execute Spyne’s long-term Computer Vision roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead design/training of SOTA models (segmentation, detection, pose, 3D reconstruction, GenAI)
- Build scalable CV pipelines and inference systems on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Mentor and grow a world-class Computer Vision team
- Partner with product/engineering to deeply embed visual intelligence
- Balance innovation with delivery — prototype to production with business outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 6–8 years experience in Computer Vision/Deep Learning (Image, Video, 3D)
- Strong academic/research pedigree or AI-driven company background
- Proven track record of scaling CV products in high-growth startups
- Hands-on mastery of PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, OpenCV, and MLOps
- Builder’s mindset — move fast, experiment rigorously, deliver results
- Strong leadership skills to develop high-performing applied ML teams
